New Members Welcome Area

Great site overall! One suggestion: unless someone is actually going to welcome the new members who have posted in the New Members Welcome Area, remove it. It really makes your site look bad when all those newbies (I included) post an introduction, and no one bothers to reply, even for a friendly hello.
