Simpson, OSJB, an Old Catholic Religious Order is now available at http://3mpub.com/simpson This story among other things tells of his fights for the lgbt community over the last 30 years and includes a complete Old Catholic Rite for same-sex marriage in the appendix, based on the research of Prof. Boswell.
